Purpose of data processing

1. If you are a Website User, your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Company, i.e. for the purposes indicated in point 1.3. of the Company's Privacy Policy https://www.iposystem.com.pl/en/35,polityka-prywatnosci.html or on the basis of consent to receive commercial information if the Company has received such consent from you.
   Legal basis for data processing:

   Article 6 par. 1 letter f) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection), hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR" in the case of the legitimate interest of the Company. If you are a natural person running a sole proprietorship and intending to conclude an Agreement with the Company, your personal data will be processed for the purpose necessary to (A) take action before concluding an agreement with you, (B) in order to performance of the contract, if it has been concluded and the recovery of possible receivables, and (C) the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from tax law and accounting regulations.

If you are a person representing a contractor of the Company, designated to contact the Company, your personal data will be processed for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Company, ensuring contact with the contractor and verifying whether the person who contacts the Company, is entitled to take actions on behalf of the contractor, as well as: (A) in order to perform the contract between the Company and the entity you represent and (B) for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from tax law and accounting regulations.

To whom will personal data be transferred?

The recipients of your personal data may be entities cooperating with the Company in the scope of services provided to the Company (e.g. subcontractors) and supporting the Company's current business processes.

How long will personal data be stored?

If you are a Website User, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the goals indicated in point 2.4. Company's Privacy Policy.

If you are a natural person running a sole proprietorship and intending to conclude a contract with the Company, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract concluded by you with the Company (if such a contract was actually concluded), and after that during the period of limitation of possible claims. In addition, your personal data will be stored for the period required by tax law and accounting regulations.

If you are a person representing a contractor, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract concluded by the entity you represent with the Company, and after this period for the period of limitation of any claims.
