On October 18 - 23, 2023, after a four-year break, the EMO Hannover fair was opened, during which over 90,000 guests from 130 countries visited the stands of 1,850 companies. The EMO Hannover fair is dedicated to innovative production, and its main topic is automation, digitalization and sustainable development of production plants.

"The Best of Industry 4.0" award for IPOsystem

The "The Best of Industry 4.0" award is awarded to production plants implementing Industry 4.0 technologies and to innovative products supporting industry transformation.
In the "Technology" category, the award was given to UIBS Teamwork for creating IPOsystem, an autonomous decision-making system that independently, directly and without scheduling manages even the most dynamic and variable production.
IPOsystem at Hannover Messe 2022

Hannover Messe 2022 is behind us. During the four days, we met with representatives of about 200 companies and many institutions, universities and organizations. It was a very intense time, which we hope will result in establishing many lasting business contacts and cooperation on various levels.

IPOsystem manages the work of nearly 700 employees in the production workshops of METAL-FACH in Sokółka.

In July 2021, production under the control of IPOsystem was fully launched at the Metal-Fach plant in Sokółka. From now on, the system manages the work of almost seven hundred people in all production departments.
Metal-Fach is one of the largest employers in the region. It produces agricultural machinery, district heating boilers, semi-trailers for trucks and steel structures. The company is a dynamic modern company, 70% of its production is exported.

On October 19-21, 2021, the STOM fair took place, gathering mainly the metalworking and CNC machines industry. As it is a very important industry section for us, we decided to become a part of this event and present our offer at the company's stand.
We have completed the implementation of IPOsystem at OMEGA - a modern plant producing wire harnesses.

In the first half of 2021, the implementation of the IPOsystem in Zakład Elektroniczne OMEGA in Morawica was completed.
OMEGA's customers are manufacturers of automation, electric vehicles, household appliances, medical equipment and automotive parts. The wire harnesses produced by the company can be found in electric buses, electric scooters, as well as in fuel dispensers and air conditioning devices.

At the beginning of May 2021, we started implementing the system at Saferoad RRS Polska in Gdańsk, a leading producer and distributor of road safety devices. The company has a complete offer of energy-intensive barriers and road safety solutions, and its products meet the strictest standards and requirements.
Commencement of implementation of the IPOsystem at Wytwórnia Okuć Meblowych in Brodnica

Wytwórnia Okuć Meblowych (Furniture Fittings Plant) is a family company whose main assortment is furniture fittings. WOM specializes in the production of mechanisms used in upholstered furniture, and successfully fulfills orders from outside the furniture market. The implementation of IPOsystem began at the beginning of November 2020, the expected date of full system launch is October 2021.

TLC Group is a Swedish-Polish manufacturer of steel stairs and platforms for industry and buildings, temporary construction security systems and a system for the construction of large-size tanks, with a modern and automated production plant in Poland.

After winning the Expo Silesia 2013 gold medal in the Technology category, UIBS Teamwork has again received a medal for the revolutionary IPOsystem. This time the award was granted by the Kielce 2014 Fairs Competition Jury, Stom-BLECH, Stom-TOOL, Stom-LASER, Welding technology, Control and WirtoProcesses 2014 Processes Virtualisation Fairs.

UIBS Teamwork is congratulating AFM Defum S.A. in Andrychów on its ability to identify opportunities in the use of the most innovative solutions in the market. AFM Defum SA has received the title of "Most Interesting among the Best" for the year 2013 in the competition of the "New Industry" monthly for the implementation of IPOsystem - the first individually controlling industrial production management system.
The prize winners included: Apator, TAURON Customer Service, KGHM Polska Miedź and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna.
