HOW IPOSYSTEM WORKS

TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS


At the implementation stage, we exactly define all the technological operations relevant to the enterprise.

RESOURCES AND SKILLS


We enter the resources into the system, both employees and machines (workstations). For each resource we define the related technological operations, while for each operation related to a resource we define its quality and efficiency parameters.

AVAILABILITY CALENDAR


We define a Task Calendar for employees and an Availability Calendar for machines and workplaces.

PRODUCTION ORDERS


We enter production orders into the system, and for each of them we define the materials and the execution technology required in the form of subsequent technological operations, whose timeline we define as well.

TERMS AND PRIORITIES


For each production order, we define the required deadline and priority.

DYNAMIC DECISION MECHANIZM AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT


The system independently and directly manages the available resources in order to meet the deadlines, and maximizes the time of resource availability for the execution of direct production activities. The system continuously optimizes the maximum workload of the so-called “bottlenecks”. Updating and optimization of the next decision of the system takes place automatically after each event (e.g. issue of work, completion of work, introduction of a new order, change of the order completion date, machine failure, etc.) and lasts no longer than 5 seconds.

TASK ASSIGNMENT


IPOsystem independently issues work orders to all employees in production halls, using various devices: terminals, tablets, smartphones, machine controller displays, personal computers and others.

First employee login on a given day and first job issued


The employee receives the first job automatically after logging into the system at the beginning of the shift. The first login on a given day confirms the employee's reporting for work. IPOsystem always gives the instruction to perform ONE, at the moment optimal, work for the employee / brigade who has reported to the Work Terminal.

Task completion


The system will not give the employee another work until he has reported the completion of his current work at the Terminal. To do this, after logging in and displaying the current work, he finishes it in the system. The system may require the employee to enter additional information, e.g. about the number of pieces made, shortages, problems occurring, etc.

Assigning subsequent tasks


After marking the end of work in the Terminal, the System within 5 sec. will make a decision and issue to the employee / brigade another order to perform ONE, the optimal work at the moment (another Work Card).





In this way, the system manages the work of all employees throughout the entire shift.

Production managers and employees do not make any decisions about the type of work and the sequence of its execution.

The time of breaks in work (e.g. breakfast break) is also determined and controlled by the system, which informs you whenever this time is exceeded.
